Breaking news: Court suspends Ohio ID for absentee voters; Hearing set for Nov 1
Last night a federal court issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) suspending enforcement of Ohio's voter ID law as it applies to absentee voters. The order is valid until Wednesday, November 1, when the court will hear arguments on whether to block application of the law to all voters.
