Breaking: Updated Version of Holt Bill Available for Review

The latest version of the Voter Confidence and Increased Accessibility Act of 2007 has been introduced into the 110th Congress by Congressman Rush Holt (D-NJ). In the last Congress the bill number was H.R. 550 -- the new bill is H.R. 811. While the entire bill is under review by members of Oregon Voter Rights Coalition Policy Analysis team, the text of the bill has been posted here for interested parties to study. An article about the bill will be posted here as soon as this process is complete. But in the meantime the complete 47-page PDF of H.R. 811 is posted below as an attachment.
